Wellington and National AGM 2013 - Details

Hi everyone,

The National and Wellington AGMs will be held on Monday 16th September, at 7pm. It will be held at Fairfax Media, 40 Boulcott Street, Wellington (Same venue as last year). I will meet people downstairs and take them up to the conference room. If requested we will have a speaker phone (number will be provided) and internet access for including Auckland, Dunedin or Hamilton in on the meeting.

We will try and cover off the Wellington AGM first and then the National AGM. The Auckland AGM is planned to run on the same evening depending on the availability of a venue.

We will need a large number of our membership there for quorum so all members are very much encouraged to come along. You can use this thread to organise carpooling and such.

Bump. And a reminder that nomination threads for national and regional committees are in the NZLARPS forum. If you want to nominate or second anyone - including yourself - please speak up there.

Hi Everyone

To deal with some issues the AGM has been delayed. I will announce the new dates for Wellington and National AGMs soon, the Auckland AGM will follow approx. 2 weeks after. There are some new motions being put forward to vote on so I hope everyone takes the time.

Up until 15 days before the AGM nominations and new motions and agenda items can be submitted, so if there is anything else please get them in now.

The National Committee still has no National Marketing Officer nominated (Bryn Jones has been nominated but not accepted), so if anyone wishes to step up for this role that would be good.
