Following on from the online larping thread, it seems that thanks to plague, virtual cons are now A Thing: cons full of virtual larps to play.
In the US, there’s Summer larpin’. Its a one-day con on eastern Standard Time, which means their evening session is in our afternoon. They have an events list already up, and are looking for more.
In the UK, their main larp con, Consequences, has just made the tough decision to cancel (FB warning), but they will be trying to scratch the itch with “Notorious Consequences DLC”, an online convention through November with games on evenings and weekends. They’re on UK time, so that means mornings in NZ, but it may be possible to participate. When they make further decisions, information will be on the regular Consequences website here.
