Can you provide support for nzLARPS at the tournie

Hi guys.
We need to get a feel for who will be able to help out at the tournie doing nzLARP stuff so we can decide what we’re going to do down there, whether it be running a larp, or doing fundraising, or both.

I’ll be there and i’ll offer to help with the tournement as a helper on behalf of nzLARPs (to get our name out there amoungst the steelies/foster relationships) but i wont be helping with any nzLARPs presentations

This is where I pipe up and ask, pretty please for a ride (petrol money, witty coversation and possible sing-a-longs included) and some tent space. Promise I don’t snore.

I need a ride for me, my big bag with larping stuff, and my big bag with tent.
If I can get all that then Scotty you have me full-time, and Malu you can stay with me in my tent (it’s a rather big one).

My sister and I are also in the market for a ride down to Taupo. We won’t have much baggage since we’ll be sending that down with Tigger (he’s going down a week early) and we’re polite, excellent conversation and willing to pitch in for petrol.

When are people needing the lift down? Are we talking Thursday, Friday or Saturday?

I’m hoping to get down on the Friday after work (I finish at 3pm). If I can’t get a ride, Judit and I were just going to hop on a bus down.

Looking for a lifts there and back for 2 people + bags.

Bonuses:

Stunning conversationalists.
Willing to chip in for fuel.
Can lend extra non-period tent if one is needed.
Male willing to help lug gear and set up camp.

Would like to arrive thursday or early friday. Return time flexible but hope to stay for full event.
