What does it do?
It is a multipurpose timer prop thing.
3 main modes.
Code, enter the correct 4 digit code to disarm it.
Wire, cut the correct wire to disarm it.
2 of the wires will make it count down faster
the others will set if off.
Button, Hold down the buttons for a set time to disarm.
Hold down both to disarm in half the time.
Remote, if you have two or more units with the same Group ID, disarming or setting off either will set all the units in the group.
Of course a remote set to the Group ID will do this as well.
Each unit can be in any of the 3 main modes.
eg one on wire, the other two on code.
All the parameters are user adjustable.
.Operation mode
.Device IDs
.Countdown time
.Disarm time
.Disarm code
These is a radio check function to test communication with the other units in the group.
To do:
add an accelerometer so when it is armed any sudden movements will set it off.
12 hours of coding later and we have…
Yes a smarter person could have done quicker
Code debugged, ready for soldering.
Could have left the resistors off but you never know when a pin will be set for output rather than input, then smoke .
