I discovered, in my usual trawling of the internets, that the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie trailer is out: youtube.com/watch?v=KR_9A-cUEJc

It looks like much the same sort of swashbuckling popcorn fluff that the last lot were, and likely to be improved by the lack of Will Turner and Elizabeth Swan (but alas, no more Bill “Cthulhuface” Nighy, woe) Even better, it comes out on May 20th, which is a week before the next Teonn weekend game, right around the time I need to be getting my swashbuckling pirate on anyway, so I’ll probably be organising some form of costumed group viewing. Who’s interested? :smiley:

It’s an open invite :slight_smile: If it was a pirates-only gig, I’d have posted it on the pirate forum. I’m sure you can rustle a decent pirate or wench costume from your extensive costume collection :smiley:

(Btw, those gypsy skirts I bought from you at the market? Are my favourite things ever. I’m going to be wearing them all summer, for serious.)

I’m uber keen and know a few others who are keen too. We could organise a big group booking and book out a couple of rows and invade one of the cinema’s in costume act piratey beforehand… I’m keen to help organise a group booking.
