Add an event

Events can now be added to the website on the frontend by any verified NZLARPS member. This functionality is limited to verified members, as its the best way to ensure we get genuine events - rather than spam. Please don’t spam us - we’ll know it was you!

ADD AN EVENT should appear in the submenu when you are logged in with a verified member account. This gives you the ability to:

  • Add new events
  • Edit events you have added (please let us know if there are existing events you want to edit)
  • Delete events you have added

Edit a project or affiliate page

NZLarps project & affiliate pages are now able to be edited by project owners. If you have owner permissions on a project an EDIT link should appear near the top of the page. This can be used to keep projects up to date. We’ve updated permissions on projects to give ownership to known GMs, but please let us know if we’ve missed you.

Let me know if you encounter any issues.


For people running monthly campaigns: feel free to add your events. If you tick the “recurring” box it will show up on the calendar view, but won’t clutter the events page.
