this is me with my administrator / moderator hat on.
If people wish to talk about alcohol consumption at events in general terms that’s fantastic. It’s healthy. It’s probably good for the group.
But can we please leave any mention of names and specific incidents out of this thread.
If you feel something needs to be said or done then please have some compassion and either:
- tell the person directly, as I and others have done.
– or –
- pass on your concerns to the event organiser if you feel they’re unaware of them.
If you’ve named-and-shamed someone in this thread can you please consider going back and editing or removing your post.
