I have no real acting experience, though I’ve performed in several plays.
In my last performance I was in drag…

Oh Stop It…No Stop really…
Actually, I hated drama with a passion in college. Well, maybe our drama teacher and my class had a lot to do with that. However, I absolutely LOVE RPing, most of the time it doesn’t feel like I’m pretending to be someone else, I feel I AM someone else.
understandable drama in college is very much based around a few individuals taking the lime light.
that is one of the reasons theater sports are pushed so hard, acting coaches hate theater sports, they will work hard to re-train students out of the habits formed in high school drama.
watch shortland street to see high school drama techniques in action.

Its not being bipolar its called Schizophrenia.
Bipolar Disorder to put it simply is when you go from being super happy to super sad in the blink of an eye.
Schizophrenia is when you have multple personalities.

Actually, and I apologise for putting my psych papers to use, it’s not.
Bipolar disorder is a condition that causes the sufferer to swing between extreme depression and a state of manic euphoria. It has nothing to do with different personalities, it’s about the most extreme mood swings you can imagine.
Schizophrenia is commonly mistaken for multiple personality disorder, because it comes from the Greek words for ‘split mind’. Schizophrenia has a large variety of symptoms and is more common in males than females. I can’t quite explain it, but I recommend looking it up on Wikipedia if you are interested.
Disociative Identity Disorder is what is commonly called multiple personality disorder and in most cases, the other personalities aren’t aware of each other’s presence.
Um.
I apologise for destroying the conversation. I thought Derek’s quip was quite amusing
So… anyone done any drama recently?
