WHo wants to go on a random road trip on Wednesday?

I just found out that I won the use of a Mazda for 1 week starting on Tuesday with all my petrol use paid for.

Unfortunately I am busy this weekend, but I have Wednesday free and I was wondering if anyone is interested in going on a random road trip?

Just looking at interest at the moment, will decide if I am actually going a bit later.

Yay! O still have a couple of spaces left, anyone want to be spontaneous and blow off your regular Wed/ maybe Thursday routine and come for a random trip?

bah, sorry i’ll have to bail - there’s no way i can get out of work without people screaming at me :frowning:

Thats OK.

Porl I can only swing a trip down to Levin to pick up Robbo and maybe Merv if:

  1. Someone can help me pay for petrol (I have to pay and then claim it back)
  2. We leave on Wed or Thursday and return on Thursday ( I have work for 5 hours on Friday ,morning)
  3. Someone comes with me.

So up for it?

I finish work at 10pm on wednesday, free from then on, so it sounds good (though I am currently updating the aa roadwatch site and driving anywhere except Otago and Stewert Island is a bad idea right now) I will get hold of the other two and make sure they are up to it, maybe crash in hamilton on wednesday night for an hour or two and then go on from there?
