Wellington Regional AGM
The National and Wellington AGMs will be held on Wednesday, October 15th, at 7pm. It will be held at 160 Lambton Quay. Thanks to Chris for organising the venue; we’ll be meeting people at street level and bringing them up to the meeting.
The National AGM will be first, starting at 7pm, and then we’ll follow it with the regional meeting at 7:30.
We will need a large number of our membership there for quorum, so all local members are very much encouraged to come along. Feel free to organise carpooling in this thread.
If you live outside Wellington, or have another good reason for non-attendance, you may vote by email.
At the start of the meeting a returning officer will be voted on, they will have the responsibility to tally up the votes. The email address you should use if you wish to vote is wellington2015agmvotes@gmail.com. Email voting is not anonymous but only the vote counter will be able to see the emails, and they will subsequently be deleted.
