So far we’ve got away with running explicit Potterverse games in NZ, largely by flying under the radar. But I guess someone in the US just let their profile get a little too high (or made too much money)…
The good news is that Potter-like games, which don’t explicitly use “branded” terms from the Potterverse, are in the clear.
