Hi all,

My flatmate Fraser is moving to Auckland real soon now (starting up at Auckland University). He’s affable, friendly and usually does his share of the dishes without being reminded. He’s up this week to scout for accommodation, so if anyone is looking for a flatmate, PM me and I’ll pass on his cellphone number.

I’ll pass your message on. Basically, he’ll be on a student’s income and need to be in commuting range of the University.

We have a spare room at our place in Dannemora (S. Botany) and are seeking a homestay student, but…

  1. We have new baby coming so you’d have to like kids
  2. We’re a hour’s bus ride from the uni, but after March I can give you a lift in and back on the bike
  3. It’s $220/wk including food, limited internet and heating
  4. You’d need to be tidy & quiet etc, so no loud music or chains of young ladies staying overnight
  5. I’d have to check with She Who Must Be Obeyed as she prefers to have female students.
  6. Probably you’d want more freedom, eg a shared house, rather than a homestay but let me know if youre interested

That’s further away than I was looking for, and it’s also a bit more than I was hoping to pay. Also, I was looking more for a flatting situation.
