The Green Party’s AGM will be held at Waipapa Marae, Auckland University over Queen’s Birthday Weekend (Friday 30th to Monday 2nd).
I’ve been asked by the organisers to see if I can get some volunteers to assist with running the audio/visual aspect of the conference.
We need people who can:
- Use MS Powerpoint
- Use MS Word
- Find files on a hard drive, CD, DVD or USB drive
- Operate a music source (ipod, winamp, media player)
- Handle a microphone without causing earsplitting feedback
You’ll be fed and watered and get to see what a Green Party conference looks like.
You’ll be working with a guy who was behind the project to create perhaps the coolest statue in the world: Riff Raff !.
We need volunteers for Saturday, Sunday and Monday during the day until late afternoon.
Also needed is someone experienced at A/V setup and testing to help with the setup on the Friday night.
