The host is a bit too enthusiastic for my tastes, and uses high-end toys, but at least says what you can do if you don’t have a band-saw lying around. There’s a good example of the hot-glue method for capping a tip, and an interesting touch of using a rolling pin to squish everything together (if I go back to weapon-making, I’m totally using that trick). Also PlastiDip looks a lot easier than latex.
