This guy runs a company called the Crimson moon. They run an IC tavern at any larp which hires them, he and his wife run a fantastic show. Larp society in the UK is more focused on drinking after dark which makes an ic Tavern a great idea 
He works most weekends of the year at larps except in december (the quiet month).
Whenever we go ooc (usually after about midnight) we all pile into the pub for a few drinks and somtimes head out to a campfire with Ian. He has a large selection of modern songs with larp syle lyrics that he plays for us.
