As mentioned in the SGM minutes, I’m in the process of setting up www.venuewiki.org; a free, collaborative place online for people to document venues and what they’re good for. It seems like one of those things that should exist but doesn’t.
Since I’m not that passionate about it (just think it needs to exist), I’ll be keeping an eye out from day 1 for someone else to head up the project. If you’d run Venue Wiki and relieve me of my decent idea, let me know.
I’m also looking for a sponsor because I think it will soon grow larger than my feeble webhost and credit card. Anyone got ideas?
