Two rooms going at our house

Hi everyone

Our flat mate is moving out and we have two rooms available for rent. We would love to have larpers living with us instead of randoms, so if you are looking for a place that is close to public transport and has one extra off road parking space, we may have the place for you.

One room is medium sized and is going for $150 per week and then there is a small room going for $90 per week. Internet costs us $45 a month which will be shared equally amongst everyone, we dont have a home phone line but we could discuss setting one up. Power costs approximately $50 a month which would also need to be shared equally amongst everyone. Everyone will be responsible for their own food. I would also not be asking for a bond payment, however I will need two weeks rent in advance.

So all in all living costs are very small, the location is great, in Ellerslie/One Tree Hill on Aliford Avenue. The train station is 10 min walk away, and there is a bus stop right outside the drive way.

I might have some interest, though if so, it’ll only be after New Year, in Januari or Februari.
Is that cheap by the way? And how much does the public transport cost, to go to Auckland Center? (Since that’s where my school is).

Sorry Kamica I cant afford to hold the room for you until the new year. Transport by train from where I live is about $2 a trip if you are a student. Not sure about buses.

$90 a week room has been taken. Last call for any interest in the $150 a week room, before I list on trademe.
