Travel from Wellington

Hi all,

For those of you heading up from Wellington this year, I have to admit, I’m a little late in planning my own travel.

Would anyone who is attending the entire con be able to stand an extra, in so far as getting to and from the venue from, say, the airport? If so, what time do the flights you have booked leave and arrive?

Or, alternatively, if anyone in Auckland is willing to give me a lift from and/or to the airport I would be most appreciative to the tune of chocolate and fuel money.

Information on flights has been on NZRaG since February. We have one group travelling up on NZ0446 (leaves Wellington 15:00, arrives 16:00) and returning on NZ0475 (leaves Auckland 20:00) or NZ0469 (21:00). This group will be organising a minibus from the airport, which will cost IIRC ~$15 - $20 each way, depending on the number of passangers. A second group will be flying up on Jetstar, leaving Wellington at 11:30am on Friday, and returning at 20:40 on Sunday evening. I don’t know what they’re doing for transport on arrival.; contact Bryn or Ants for details.

Given that there are almost 20 people travelling up, we’ll probably need two minibuses on the way back, and we’re all leaving around the same time.
