The Queen's Justice

Well I spent pretty much the wholegame having no idea what was going on and wondering why my fiance and my mother were so buddy buddy and ignoring me the whole time! I have to say, it did make 3/4 of the game a little tedious for me, but on the upside, it meant that when everything went down I was genuinly (in character and out) absolutly and totally confused!
I actually had no idea that a revolution was brewing… I was just trying to avoid having to sing for the prince… (out of character, the only song I could think of singin was ‘Soft Kitty’ from te big bang theory… which would of been awesome but I definately couldn’t of kept a straight face!)

Anywho, seems siding with Mummy in the end was the best idea
Such a good game, I think this was my first true PVP game in 20 plus years of larping, where some players were out to kill other players, it made for a really interesting dynamic.

It was interesting that the revolutionaries were happy to kill rather than simply maim or capture those that opposed them. I guess it shows how immersive the game was that they’d stepped out of that ‘must try not to kill other players’ mindset.

Certainly has me inspired to try and write something that inspires a similar level of attachment to your characters survival.

Thanks Ryan and all the players, great stuff!
Mmm… true… I didn’t think of that - I guess that’s why the game felt like it was finished a while before it truly was, because some characters were dead… hence a bit of OOC talk slipped in. thankfully we managed to get right back into it soon enough, but there sure were a lot dead. I hope it didn’t spoil the game for anyone! It was more realistic combat too… HP wise and stuff. Like waltzing around in the Hunger Games (Which was incredible fun, of course) with like 10 hit points just wasn’t true to life at all! Anyway… back to this game, The Justice did make an intimidating lot and I genuinely feared for my (I mean… my character’s) life at many a time.

Hehe… very sorry my dear, you must have started to wonder when we got dragged off for questioning?!! But I guess I didn’t even talk to you about it after that, you were still just like ‘What’s going on?’ And then I went off with the men-folk to start actually dealing to people…

I’m sorry for ignoring you! But I knew suspicion would have been cast on you if we’d talked to much, in fact I can’t believe they didn’t suspect Hupert for the many conversations he had with me. Although all of our conversations were very veiled as well! Sorry for stabbing your Father in front of you… but you coped incredibly well with that! Tough gal I raised!

I was terrified at questioning! But even then I had no idea what was going on! I was meant to be an ‘informant’ but I had no way of finding out any info cos you kept trying to get me to stay out of your way!
Yeah I think by the time you stabbed my Dad I was so confused, but I did like the Lady Amelia and it seemed the best thing to go with you and her!

Awesome stuff! I’m out of the country so only have limited internet, but it’s amazing to hear everything that happened. I really missed everything that wasn’t in the dining room. And a fair amount of what happened in there too.
