If people are serious about getting something like this for NZLARPs, I would purchase shares in a company that then brought it. Need to scout it out fully though (physically as well as historically). Certainly approach local Iwi about our intentions. There is likely to be problems with it at that price, but given the nature of our vocation, they may not be insurmountable. If worst comes to worst, we have a community of able bodied and bright minded individuals capable of bringing the land up to resellable quality should the venture prove disastrous.

My apologies if i seemed racist, i have a very cultural family (a large maori one in fact!) and we constantly poke fun at easily offended maori groups, i didn’t mean to sound racist - with a name like henare though one does begin to wonder why people took me seriously…

Helidkaon was the solider that was always roaming through the forest in Forgotten Gods, other than me. 2 swords.
