Crisis time.
Turns out the move to Whangarei and beyond is now going to leave someone homeless, someone being my two very adorable cats. Originally they were to come with, but I have been informed that this is no longer an option.
As you can imagine, I’m not amused.
So, I need to find them homes. Preferrably together, as one is fairly attached to the other, but I’m sure they’ll cope if they need to be seperated

The one on the left is Diego, my little dude, and on the right is Lily or Lilybean as she seems to have decided on (cats pick their own staff, remember?).
Diego is probably the most laid back little guy ever. He’s very friendly, and actually loves his tummy being rubbed. He also has a thing for getting into the bed when it’s cold. His only quirk is that when he’s stressed (which is only ever when I’m stressed) he’ll start pulling out his fur. It’s not bad or anything, just looks sore.
Lily is a fraidy-cat. Highly strung as a result of rather noisy flatmates a while back, she tends to hide either under the bed or behind Diego when there’s too much noise (making her the one that’s attached to him). Once you’re settled on the couch though, she gets incredibly cuddly like a true attention-wh*re, which wouldn’t be so bad if she didn’t drool a little or shed half her bodyweight in hair every week.
They’re both de-sexed, housetrained, and as of tomorrow morning will be flea/worm/etc free. Diego is about 4 1/2 years old, Lilly is about 9 months younger.
The full story - come December I’m actually off to the UK for a bit, so this could actually be semi-permanent, or if needs be until we find them somewhere else. I’ll pay for the food and litter etc until they’re settled enough to go outside. When I return (whenever that may be), it will be up to whoever if they want to keep them or not. Attachments grow and stuff, and I’m not going to put anyone through what I’m dealing with right now. I love these little guys, I just need someone else to as well.
