I haven’t received anything about The Bell, or any indication of costuming requirements. I had sort of assumed it was just normal clothes? And that given the amnesia type description, that we would just be given characters on the day?

I sent a player’s guide out to your Hotmail account on the 3rd of March - might have got stuck in your spam filter? I’ve resent it to an ANZ email address that I’ve got for you, so hopefully it will get through this time.
Costuming is comfortable black clothing. Yes, you’ll be given your character on the day.
