I was once looking at booking info for reenactment event, and they had really good description of what the bunks are like and what tenting space is like. I wonder if it is possible to add such descriptions for larps? Like, “three levels of bunks, no storage space under bunks, two extra shelves in each room, rooms are big” kind of stuff? This way it’s easier to choose preferred option, if one considers both depending on circumstances. This post is triggered by looking at game details with reaction of “omg I cannot stand bunks in that camp, need to ask GM if I can tent” - obviously I am familiar with venue, but if not, especially for new people, a prior description would be helpful 
Number of bunks in the rooms can be helpful too as I personally know of some people who are such light sleepers that two other people in the room would mean little to no sleep for them. Personally… I think I’d probably sleep through a hurricane if I went to bed with a ‘right. time for bed.’ mentality
