Hi everyone,
This is a formal announcement that the NZLARPS South Island Regional AGM will be held on October 12th at 7pm via voice chat in our discord.
As part of the AGM we will be electing the regional branch committee for the coming year. If you wish to nominate yourself or someone else to a position, you can do so in this thread. Nominations close October 5th. Candidates must be members by the time of the AGM and require a member to nominate them and someone else to second the nomination. Candidates can nominate or second themselves.
The available positions are Regional Director, Secretary, Treasurer, Marketing Officer, Gear Officer, and up to two General Officers. As part of the special rules for the South Island branch, we require at least one committee member from Christchurch and at least one from Dunedin.
Voting ballots will be sent out to members ahead of time to be filled in online. Completed ballots will count for measuring quorum at the AGM.
