This is an announcement that we will be holding out Annual General Meeting on Monday 20th October. Further details will be announced closer to the event.
As part of this we will need to elect our regional branch committee for the coming year. The roles we need to fill are:
-Director
-Secretary
-Treasurer
-Equipment Officer
-Marketing Officer
We can also elect up to two General Officers.
As part of the specific constitutional requirements for the South Island region, we need at least one committee member residing in Christchurch and at least one residing in Dunedin.
You can nominate yourself or others for these positions in the replies to this post, on facebook (https://www.facebook.com/groups/110743706126425), or on our discord (https://discord.gg/AQvrAc4d). All nominations must be seconded by at least one member.
To help keep track of nominations between different places, we will record them here.
Voting forms will be sent out ahead of the meeting. To vote or run for a position you will need to be a registered member. If you are not currently a member, you can sign up here: https://nzlarps.org/join/
