After a brief chat with a couple of mates, I was wondering what people’s overall preferences are when it comes to a weekend of larping - do you like the full-on, totally in-character immersion of a weekend long game (like Teonn, Mordavia, Wolfgangs) or the more fast-paced, multi-role experience that a convention of different games (Hydra, Chimera) brings?
Now I totally understand that most people will like both - I certainly do! - but if you have a preference for which you enjoy more, why not vote here? This isn’t research for anything later on, just idle speculation and curiousity on my part. Feel free to add any and all comments, as always!
Cheers
Matt

They just give the GMs so much more time to work out how the game world can react in big ways to player actions, and responsive creative leeway with things like briefing NPCs on the fly (as opposed to pregens where most of the creativity happens beforehand in writing the PCs). I love collaborating with a team of GMs on the fly while running a weekend event, that’s the main thing I miss about running Mordavia.
