SET DRESSING WORK SHOP - This Saturday (4th)

Hi all, I’ve been put in charge of coordinating the set dressing for the big larp “Happily ever after” Set in Oberon’s palace

In order to make this super fantastic i need a few volunteers to help me cut and paint set features so that we can make the scout halls look as close to an enchanted and semi ruined castle in the forest as possible.

I need all the helpers i can get so if you are interested the set build will be held on Saturday at 12:00 at my place which is on the north shore (please text me for details on 0211426606)Bring painting clothes, Stanley blades and your artistic skills (but there are lots of jobs for people who feel they are limited that way)
Also if you have any old spare paint lying about left over from renovations it would be greatly appreciated

Bring your friends and it should be a fun time for all!

Hmm, we might be going away, but if not I’d be keen to come.
BTW looking on Trade Me, I saw rolls of tulle material being sold - especially for wedding decorations, heaps of colours and roll lengths, and I thought of the flagship.

Starting tomorrow one of two paintings of a cliff-face over a tree filled valley at night with mist. Should be done by next week as I am super busy. They will be done on time though. 8)

that’s great! thank you so much
If you could send me on the dimensions once you know them that would be fantastic!

Sorry, we’ve confirmed to be going away so unable to make the workshop. Let me know if there is anything specific you would like me to help with after the weekend.

I’ll be there. May be slightly late as my wife has the car until 12:00

Bugger, too wet to paint the sheet outside. Hope I can get a fine day by Friday at least. :unamused:
