Rent is $195 a week which includes power, gas, phone (local calls), water, broadband internet, basic cleaning stuff and toilet paper (when I remember to buy it). It’s got a small backyard with a functional but overgrown vege garden and all the usual kitchen and laundry supplies. I also have one very friendly, sunggly cat (Buster), so you are hopefully not allergic. Share with me and one other guy.
