I’m taking over the lease of my current place as my flatties are headed overseas and am looking for one more flatmate.
It’s a old cottage in the Arch Hill/Grey Lynn area (if you squint right you can see Kingsland across the motorway) and for all you Star Trek fans, you get to say you live on Kirk St.
$380 a fortnight includes power, gas (mmm unlimited hot water), phone (local calls), the rental of a fridge and washing machine and your room in a gorgeous, high ceiling cottage with authentic polished wood floors. Would fit a double bed and desk no trouble.
We have what I affectionately refer to as a postage stamp sized lawn, with a vege garden (left by my green-fingered flatmate) which is a great outdoor spot in summer (especially if I get around to buying a bbq
