Up to 2.88 m2.
Up 3 weeks before event.
Down 3 days after event.
Not obstructing anything.
Not on a roundabout.
For North Shore

But you have to write a letter to the ward it will be put up in.
There are preset sites for community groups.
Not as automated as Auckland CC or as relaxed as Waitakere CC.
