Hey Everyone. We have almost all the games submitted now with just a couple more to go up. Games aren’t necessarily put into order on the timetable yet, but some of that depends on the numbers of players we have.

Now I need those of you coming to register on the Hydra website. From there once I start seeing the numbers I will finalise the schedule and we will open up game selection soon.

If you’re already registered on the website, then its just a matter of ticking the “attending whole weekend” box, indicating if you need meals and how many nights you will need accommodation for.

Update from @Scott: game selection is now open:

Game Selection is now open. It isn’t first in first served, but at the end of the week I will start sorting people into games, that will let us know if we have enough player slots or too many. It also means GMs can start casting and people have plenty of time for costumes.

When selecting games please make 3 picks as some of the games are smaller and will fill quickly. If you wish to change games later if games change please let me know. And if you have questions please reach out and email me or message me on here.
