Quest Waikato is one of New Zealands longest running Live Role Play groups. Initially founded around 1989 it has been holding modules every year since.

We currently use the Quest v4.0 system. This was created by us over the years and is one of the most cutting edge LRP systems in the world.

The system has 5 races and 13 classes. The magic system has over 200 spells, but an experienced player only needs to know about thirty. The combat system is light contact, no head shots.

Hi David, Yeah sure can get you a new copy. They are $10 plus postage and packaging. If I am coming up in the near future I can drop you off a players guide next time I’m up there or I can post you one…

Hi Adam, it’s been about 6 years since we had a copy on line. The Quest v4.0 consists of

The Players Guide, 86 pages, for sale to players pretty much at cost,
The GM’s Guide, 64 pages, for loan to GMs,
The Writers Guide, 84 pages, for loan to writers and
The Big Book of Magic, 200 pages, not for sale, loan or viewing by players.

On top of this there is also various ancilliary pieces of data such as creation myths, legends, the brotherhoods rules of Aquisition etc. Just all the usual junk over the years.

If you want I can get you a players, else if NZLarps wants to run a game I can arrange for an understandiing and a full set.
