Post Kapcon Wind Down/Party

As has become traditional, Kapcon attendees are invited to a post Kapcon wind down/story telling session at my place on the Sunday night after Kapcon.

Bring drinks and your top story or two that happened in a game you played in.

There will be a spa pool and a BBQ.

So if you want to partake of either, bring togs and a towel and/or BBQ or snack type stuff. If the weather is bad, there might be no BBQ, but the spa pool will still be on.

Hard to say when it will kick off, but probably an hour or so after the last game.

We can all help it get started faster by helping to clean up after Kapcon on the Sunday. The LARP team will particularly appreciate the help in breaking down the LARP set dressing on the Sunday evening.

And to add to this, I encourage a Hawaiian theme!

Pull out those brightly coloured shirts and shorts! The grass skirts! The Lei!

If you are local to Wellington, and you have one of those outdoor lamps to stick in the ground, bring it along. I have citronella oil.

After Kapcon actually could be interpreted two ways. After the Prizegiving or After round 6 (10pm?)

So Ill just say right now that one of us will be there to let you all in to Indigo City (The houses name) say at 6.30-7pm? Exact time to come at the 'Con

Well, I encourage people to stick around and help clean up after Kapcon. If you’re not playing round 6, then the LARP team would no doubt like help cleaning up the LARP decorations, and the Kapcon organisers would no doubt have jobs that can be done.

Times above include an hour or so for some cleaning and packdown. ie 5pm finish, then Prizegiving, then an hour or so to tidy and pack etc
