I’ve set the date for the first organisers’ meeting for March 10th. If you are interested in taking on work to help the convention run (which can be as much or as little as you are comfortable with) please PM me and we’ll talk details.
A lot of people said in their feeback forms last year that what they thought could improve the convention is more people helping and more people helping out on the day. I completely agree, but until I figure out how to clone myself, this means that people like you guys will need to step up and offer some time to help out, before and during the convention. It doesn’t have to be a lot, even a little will make a big difference, and you will still be able to enjoy the games at Chimera.
Please consider lending a hand -stuff that needs doing ranges from handing out fliers and putting up posters, helping move furniture and gear on the day, helping ferry gear before the event to more involved tasks like helping get sponsorship and prizes, writing a game, or working with the flagship larp team to arrange their props and set dressing.
