Is anyone lined up to provide these?
If not, I will offer to set up an on-site stall selling drinks, snacks and so on at reasonable prices. I can work out some %age share of any profits with NZLarps (since I have to cover my time bringing the supplies in and so on).
If it works well this time, then next year we can maybe provide something larger (eg, cooked meals - if we have access to the kitchen, Meiling can make stirfry…)
