There is a LARP of the fun Caveman role-playing game scheduled for the first Sunday in March! See the link above for details.

Spaces limited, especially on the minibus, so please book in advance!

Items to bring to the game:

  • Costume (see the rules document. You can hire a basic one from NZLARPS for $5 if you book soon enough)
  • Swimming costume (probably good to wear this under your Og costume to avoid embarassment?)
  • Og LARP clubs and/or rocks (if you want to have a weapon. SOme will be available to borrow or hire, butnot many)
  • Old Stuffed toys (these represent small animals you can hunt)
  • Half coconut shell (can be bowl, cup, helment, lingerie… etc)
  • Bottle of water (it may be hot weather, and there’s nowhere nearby to buy drinks)
  • Sunscreen (your costume will not cover too much skin, and we dont want sunburn)
  • Snacks (to be hidden at back of cave with other anachronisms)

Have a think in advance if you want to play one of the named roles, such as a chief, medicine man, headwoman, or the infamous ‘Big Smelly’

No hireable clubs left. A coupleo f hireable costumes left. Some minibus places left.

If you want the minibus, email me ASAP with name, phone, address. Also I still need contact details from ‘A Lound’ who paid but didnt give me any details.

I need phone numbers because the minibus may yet get cancelled (we’re borrowing it from a Buddhist temple who might have to cancel last minute). In this case, I have fallback plans…
