I’m working at Localist at the moment, and I spotted that they give full listings for community groups for free (the same service costs money for businesses).
So NZLARPS has now got a community listing at Localist:
Would be great if people wanted to register and “rave” about NZLARPS. The society can add event listings and post news and things too. The idea is to get the idea of larping in front of people who wouldn’t hear about it otherwise, and provide info on how easy it is to try it out.
I reckon Auckland is full of larpers who don’t know they’re larpers yet, because they’ve never heard of it or known that it’s in easy reach. (Localist is just for Auckland so far). If they get a chance to try it, they will love it! Your reviews could help convince new people to give it a try.
While you’re there you could review your favourite restaurants and shops and whatnot too - that’s what the Localist site is mostly for.
