PAST LARPS
Star Wars: was fun, good turn out.
UPCOMING LARPS
Knightshade: a bit turbulent, weekend game was going to be cancelled but is now on.
FINANCIAL UPDATE
Just under $3000 in the bank after the $700 withdrawal for gear from Christchurch.
Hannah is currently reviewing financial forms with the help of her sister who is an accountant.
MEMBERSHIP
Anna and Nikki will be meeting this month to overhaul the membership database and do a clean up.
Fee structure is under review.
Motion from Nikki to lower Student fee to join NZLARPS to $10, seconded by Vanya and unanimous acceptance.
TRAILER
Nikki will be calling the drunk driver who hit our trailer and chasing her for the $500 that she owes us.
Gaffy is going to get info on WOF and insurance for the trailer for next meeting.
WEB HOSTING and OTHER
Bugs on Diatribe are being worked on and more detailed information on moving the web hosting should be available next meeting. Looking at things like a new colour scheme as well.
AGM
Vanya will talk to AMERICA and see if we can use Commerce A as the AGM venue.
Date for AGM to be 16/09/2009
CHIMERA
Anna presented new financial position for Chimera including the catered food. Nikki moves to accept the new financial forecast, Vanya seconds and everyone accepts except Anna who abstains.
BAD DREAMS
Anna moves to accept Bad Dreams as an NZLARPS project, Nikki seconds and everyone accepts except Vanya who abstains.
GEAR UPDATE
The Christchurch gear have arrived and everything is in mostly good condition. We now have lots more gear, mostly medieval. Need to organize a Gear rationalization in Summer.
