NZLARPS MEETING MINUTES JANUARY 2009
Meeting Start : 7:45pm

Last minutes: Unanimously accepted
December action points:
Gaffy got hold of Mike, not insurance on trailer, Nikki looking into getting some
Anna has had meeting with Nick about Joust
Finace:
Only Income last month was from Menmbership Fees
Past Larps:
Knightshade: Good game, golem suit used and great fun had by all
Nightmare Circle: alright game , PCs felt there was to much downtime otherwise great roleplay
Upcoming Larps:
Knightshade 24/01/09 (postponed to be held later date)
Kapcom: 5 aucklanders going down for this
Gear:
Gear day 10/01/09, sort and clean gear, repairwork on golem suit
Joust:
20 volunteers so far
Immerersion:
No December issue, next issue due in March
Anna is struggling by herself and will glady accept Co-writers and helpers

Nikki – Find out about Community post
Hannah – set up contents of a financial pack
Nikki – create banner for NZLARPS to put up at Battlecry
