I’d like to go through the structure of affiliates vs projects and where Quest, Knightshade, Medusa and the one offs that get run fall into that structure and how each role on the committee interacts with them… If that’s not too heavy for the first meeting?

On the note of the day of this meeting,

Is there a Combat Practice somewhere in Hamilton that morning that I could attend, and perhaps some people to hang out with between times?

A couple of points I’d like to put on the agenda

  1. Do we want to meet monthly or bi-monthly?
  2. Medusa Con, it’s not till the end of the year, but,
    • How are we going to go about organising it?
    • Will we be looking to the Aucklanders to provide most of the games since we’re not a particularly large group?
    • Do we want to start thinking about things now?
  3. Do we need to set up a separate bank account for finances? If so, who with?

Thanks for those additions guys, my agenda post was pretty vague based on the fact that I thought we’d populate said things in meeting. However it is good to have them listed so we don’t forget on the day.
