Zombielarp was awesome despite the weather. There were lots of new people, a fantastic atmosphere and no injuries!

Financial Update.
We’re in a stable position. We’re expecting the Teonn and membership payments coming through in the next month to help to boost our position.
Tigger’s proposal - Dreams in the Witch House
1930’s Occult Horror Game being an by Tigger, Matt and Kim.
Planned to be an annual game. Slightly different set up than traditional weekend games. Will run throughout the evening into the early hours of the morning. Players can then sleep in. The afternoon is flexible time for player requested or cut scenes. The next evening the next chapter is played, set months or years after the first night.
20 players maximum. 15 Crew. Using the Cthulhu live publish rules, tweaked for live action combat. It will be awesome.
Has a comfortable budget. Higher food costs at $15 per head due to both the GST rise and the smaller number of players. The venue is cheap, the only downside is that we must pay the full costs now.
Liz proposes we accept the proposal, Cameron 2nds and unanimously accepted.

Chimera broke even. Made approximately $20 on the convention. Catering made $136
Next years Chimera requires a deposit of 50% to book the whole camp ($1260)

AGM
Logistically this is difficult to arrange due to the need to have non Aucklander be able vote anonymously. Suggested that we hold the Auckland AGM Thursday Oct 21st. Wellington to arrange their AGM. National elections can be voted on at the Auckland AGM and postal ballot for the distance votes.
Candidates will need to be nominated, seconded and accept on diatribe, and post their election speech.
