Financial Report
We’re doing okay.
ONIH money has been deposited.
$2500 income for St Wolfgang’s Vampire Hunters – Next game expected to break even.
$2500 paid out in pre-payments for venue bookings. (Chimera, Teonn, New Horizons, Zombie Larp)
Multiverse accounts to be finalised.

Reacquisition of Financial Reports from Adam
Several attempts were made to contact Adam to arrange a time for handover of the financial reports. Matt did Adam a favour by dropping them off to Anna as Adam was too busy.
The financial records were still in the same bag that Hannah gave them to him in, apparently untouched. This included the checkbook that had to be replaced and Adam accused Anna of losing.
Nothing appears to have been done since the changeover.
No recent bank statements or receipts were in the bag.
Past Larps
Multiverse.
Accounts received, but some final editing required to be done to finish them.
15 players. Slight loss due to fewer players than anticipated and included invoice for glass damaged during the fire. We are currently unsure if there is more fire damage related costs to come.
There were several other larps on around the time which also contributed to lower numbers. We discuss timing of games and creating a calendar 18 months in advance to plan games.
Serenity
Reports of great character roleplaying happening.
New Horizons
Financials not in yet due to personal issues in the ST’s lives. Money has been banked into New Horizons sub account.
One Night in Heaven.
Money has been deposited. Actual Financials not available at meeting, but made ~$200.
Game should run again. Maybe in Wellington. We discuss how hospitable the Wellingtonians are.

Gear
We have a gear book with an inventory list.
The gear day was a success. Lots of stuff was sewn, a portal was almost completed.
Porl donates 30m of white material to the society.
The trailer is being stored at Hamish’s with the gear.
We discuss getting gear cleaned after games as some gear gets dirty and smelly. We decide that it is too impractical for GM’s to have to wash all gear after the games. Could players take a box to wash occasionally?
Chimera
Anna has posters and business cards for Chimera. They look cool.
