It is offical the NZLARPS Annual General Meeting will be on Monday the 17th of September, 2007, so book your calanders now.

The location is Craigs loft / nibbles space ship / Hub club in 2014
Address is 21a Hargreaves Street
Freemans Bay (city-side of Ponsonby)

Starting at 7pm.

Further details such as voting details, post larp events coming soon.

The society needs as many, if not all members so the society gets everyones involvement in the voting of the new committee, and you have about five weeks warning so hope to see you there.

To get to my house take Gudgeon Street off College Hill (Ponsonby). I live on top of City Automotive, so park anywhere and beep your horn or just yell out.

I think we can put a sign on the door on the night, since (at least when I first went there) it is a bit unclear where you need to enter. A big A3 sheet of paper with the NZLARPS logo maybe?

Gah. I have found out I am being sent to the USA on that week, so I cannot be there. How embarassing. I will have to give the necessary reports etc to Adam and stand for re-election in abstentia.

HEY GUYS IT’S LESS THAN A WEEK! :smiley:

The 2007 nzLARPS Annual General Meeting will be held at 7pm on Monday 17th September. Voting in a new committee is a privilege reserved exclusively for members like you, so make the most of your member status and come along to vote!

It’s also important that enough people show up so we can constitutionally say we’ve held a proper AGM. Otherwise, we run the risk of the society being legally invalidated.

All your favourite larpers will be there, so come and chat about all the events coming up in the next couple of months. New members are welcome on the night, so bring your friends.

The AGM starts at 7pm and will be held at Craig’s house: 21a Hargreaves St, Freeman’s Bay. It’s just off Gudgeon St and above City Automotive.

The following positions had only one person standing:

President: Anna Klein
Treasurer: Steve Shipway
Secretary: AJ
Community Officer: Brian Watson
Projects Officer*: Craig Neilson
Equipment Officer: Mike Curtis

AJ withdrew his nomination as he had won the Secretary role.

Four stood for General Officer. Successful candidates in bold.
