Poops is down below 2 million again, and with summer coming it should hopefully stay there, so I’m wondering whether to emerge from my hole and run a theaterform in mid to late November.
So, questions for the community:
- any dates I should avoid? (I was aiming for Saturday 15, 22, or 29, subject to venue availability)
- fat cat issues restrict me to running afternoons ATM.
- what should I run? The most obvious options in the pile are Murder on the Istanbul Express (7-12 players) or The Roswell Incident (10 - 13). Both are three hour games, from the Freeform Games / Peaky crowd, so should be solid.
- should I keep handling payments via the old online banking / cash on the day system, or do people just want to do stuff via LilRegie now?
- Venue costs have increased, and the budget is quite tight with the old $20/$15 payment structure (though that of course assumes everyone gets the NZLARPS discount). Should I look at raising it to $25/$20? Or try $25/$15 to encourage people to rejoin?
- What covid precautions are people using ATM? (I was going to mask, because I’m used to it, but I’m not sure what other people are doing)
