Enjoyed so far:

Evan Torner – Larp as Adaptation: arguing for more strict adaptations of books, films etc; its underdone and offers an interesting perspective on the original.
Miriam Lundqvist – Making Mandatory Larps for non-players: Or “designing for lots of newbies”. Basicly, get them to agree to play, keep it simple, give them clear and obvious choices, adapt popular material to make them feel comfortable.
Massi Hannula – Communication: Remember the larper: A great guide to how to communicate with your playerbase from a communications professional. Short version: aim it at players, put everything on the game’s website as quickly as possible, have one person responsible for it, be polite when your players ask questions, and don’t use FaceSuck.
