If you have an idea that you want to become part of NZLARPS then you want to set up a new project.
A NZLARPS project is anything that runs as part of the society, for example Mordavia.
As a project a game gets access to a huge range of things to help get your idea of the ground and to get players, crew & gear together. Examples are:
=> Funding
=> Access to all our members
=> Promotion
=> Advice
=> Assistance, from ideas to organise gear workshops
=> Free Gear
In return the society will expect
=> Discounts for members
=> Profit (we don’t want to run at a loss)
=> New props
In brief the way a project works is that a sub committee / group are created which will run the project under the NZLARPS committee. Normally the Head GM of the game is in charge of the project committee, and you do not have any of the NZLARPS committee members involved. This creates a simple structure which will help get new games organised and is clear to everyone, but leaves the creativity up to you.

Once ready you will need to complete the project proposal form:

and the financial forecast form:

Once you have completed this form you will need come to a NZLARPS meeting to discuss the project. The meetings are on the first Wednesday of every month.
