No.
It’s a developement of the Pathfinder tabletop rpg and it set in its world.
They’re aiming for a sandbox game overall with thempark style elements.

I’ve signed up to the email and am getting active on the development forums as I’m keen to get in on the beta. I think it looks like it could become a very good game.
