New Bretonia - Beta and GM call

Hi-ho folks!

This is a call for anyone wanting to help me beta check the rules for New Bretonia. If you’re interested, please send me an IM and I’ll pop you a reply, asking for an e-mail address to send the rules to.

Also, I’m looking for a GM to help run the game. Please register your interest before Nov 15 if you’re keen. I’ve got one other GM already who is new to the GMing role so I’m looking for someone with a bit of experience.

But first - some details about the game. The game is set for the 20th of January, starting at around 3-4 pm, assembling at around 1-2 pm and ending around 10pm.

Cost is set at $15 for players and $5 for crew (GM’s will be covered by myself as a thank you). A dinner will be provided as part of game, so bringing eating utensils is a good idea. The game is set in a pseudo Victorian era with Magic and Mad Science, characters are more concept based.

Once the rules are ready to go, I’ll put a link for them to be downloaded.

Cheers folks and hope to see people there!

Am interested. Travel is, as always, an issue.

how much would it cost you?

This RPG might be interesting for reference:

It has a Victorian/fantasy setting. Use the buttons on the right to check it out.

We have all 3 GM’s. Myself, Lucy and AJ.

It’s more - can I take the annual leave, which would be four days (two to travel, plus the weekend - I work for a corporation of great evil) and I’m going to KapCon a week before and, and, gah.

ok i’ll see how things pan out in the next couple of weeks. would you keep me posted in case circumstances change?

Isn’t Kapcon on the weekend of the 20th? I’m pretty sure it’s Jan 19-20…

Yes, it is.

OMG - clashing LARPs!

Chuckles These things happen.

Hopefully one will not too adversely affect the other…

You’re right. How tired was I to write what I did? Dang.

Sorry Alan - won’t be making it.

No worries.

I’ll still be seeing you a couple of days afterwards anyways.
