The first meeting of the New Zealand Live Action Roleplaying Society’s national committee has been set.
When: July 7th, 7:30pm
Where: Anna’s House (20/53 Main Highway, Ellerslie)
We will be going through all the issues that were raised for the national committee at the SGM, including confirming the amended constitution as prepared by Cameron, dividing up the national funds between regions, fee structure and allocation and preparations for the upcoming AGMs.
I invite the society to post below any other concerns or questions they would like the national committee to discuss at this meeting. As always, the meeting is open to all interested society members, but since my living room is quite small, please indicate if you are intending to come - we may have to shift a couple of streets over to Rowena’s if we have high interest in the meeting.
