Financial Update
The society is currently on a good footing. We have no outstanding debts.
We need to be stricter with the financial aspects of the games, as a few have run where there has been no reports filed.
Previous Larps
2014: Went well. The use of multiple houses as locations works.
The actuals from this game need to be written up, and presented to the Treasurer.
Immersion - Out - Good reactions to this issue too.
AGM: Minutes available separately.
Upcoming Larps
NMC: 26th Oct.Many are looking forward to this game.
Requiem: 6th Oct.
OWBN: 13th Oct.
Project Leaders Collaboratory Project Proposal
Oct 31st? Date may move to accommodate Halloween.
Combines a workshop to make Velcro backed Badges for various Larp genres.
The night is a collaborative get together to work out non-clashing game dates, swap ideas, make stuff, and learn from each other.
2014 Weekend Project
3rd weekend in Feb 2008, will be the first 2014 weekend game. Brian and co need 15 players at least.
The voting on the finances will be made online after a proposal is put together.

Kapcon 08 Affiliate Proposal
Gear from library will be selected by Ravensholm team, and sent to Steph, and Steph will arrange its return.
Decision to affiliate with Kapcon 08 put on hold until Affiliation Documents completed.
Other Affiliations
Wargod: Advertising for Discount? To be approached.
Requiem: Adam was looking into this, and will need an update from him.
LRPStore: Anna will look into the affiliation process as outlined on their webpage.
Membership Fees
Much debate over raising fees.
The yearly operating costs per person is $14. The student fee is $10. We need to cover costs to fund the running of games.
Advertising in advance any and all fee increases.

First Aid Kit
We now have a good first aid kit, and an excellent first aid manual. It will need to marked as OOC, so that the contents aren’t used as props. An accident register will need to be included to keep track of injuries, and consumables used.
The kit was acquired using the wrong procedure, but we will reimburse the buyer.
Immersion
More people are wanting to advertise in Immersion, including some Canadians.
Distribution Proposal: Send a copy to every High School, Library, and University in New Zealand to push Larping. Starting with a focus on the main centers first.
More information is needed to estimate the price of this before we can consider it.
Trailer Working Bee
This will be going ahead regardless of the weather. It is a requirement of our Lions Foundation grant.
It will be clearing a part of the section, weeding, and laying drainage, scoria, and parking blocks.
Bring gloves.
Grand Battle
No progress to report. There is some online debate.
